Be very careful when shopping at Dillards. I complained about service, not threatening, sitting down and waiting on the Store manager, when security was called on me. I was circled like a shark four times. But, Dillards hires off-duty cops and if you Google, you will find that 7 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MURDERED AT DILLARDS. They have been taken in the back by off duty cops and beaten up, hog tied, thrown around, fasely accused of things, yelled at and it is horrible. BE CAREFUL. They especially go after blacks, hispanics or any other ethnic group. They have so many law-suits against them that it's simply unreal. SHOP ELSEWHERE - YOU MAY BE THE NEXT VICTIM.
I too think that Humana is a horrible insurance company. The kids on the phone don't have a inch of training or education in the medical field and act like doctors. I agree that one says one thing and another will tell you something completely opposite. They try to wiggle out of paying claims and in the past Humana paid their workers bonuses to deny claims. I am having problems now that my doctor has lied and told me they carry Humana and Humana has told me they are out of network. But the doctor took my $25.00 co-pay. Some one is lying. I am finding doctors lying more and more to patients because of problems with insurance. How do you fight injustice. Doctors are problems too - they have to keep up that rich lifestyle - the Mercedes, McMansion, etc. So it's the insurance and the greedy docs.
The majority of realtors are so bad that I can't tell you how badly I have been hurt by them. So little education, so little we can do to fight their injustice. You say go to the Real Estate Commission in their state they practice, but in my broad experience, the Commission is only there to protect them against John Doe Customer. It's hard to believe, but true.
Realtors have the largest lobby group in the nation, so they are well well protected. You are up against a giant when you get literally screwed by the whale dung of the land and ocean.
Don't buy at Dillards Department Store. I complained nicely and
the store security came after me. But it just wasn't security, but off-duty police with guns.
They have taken people in the back and killed them for doing nothing. Most of the people they go after are hispanics and blacks. They hog-tied one man till he died. They have killed 7 people, all minorities except one that was white. I complained to the corporate office in Arkansas, and Dillards gave me $250.00, which is shut-up money.
If you don't believe me go to Google or Yahoo and type in Dillard's Department store and customer deaths. They have also been on 60 minutes in the past. Be careful because they continue their evil, horrible tactics.
BMW dealerships are horrible. They give you non-service and treat you like ###. The corporate office is non-existent and don't want to be bothered. As for making a good BMW, it's like buying a high-priced piece of junk, built to break down so you'll head to BMW to get ripped off again and again, or you'll buy another piece of BMW overpriced JUNK. BMW=JUNK!
I am a customer. I paid for my Estee Lauder purchase on the phone. Purchase was my credit card. I went to pick up my purchase at Dillard's Department Store and it looked like a tornado hit it. Nobody knew what they were doing, nobody helped me, so I asked to speak with the manager. Some man came and he was not a manger, just a talking head. So I waited and waited patiently hoping to get my purchase.
Lo and Behold, they called the cops on me for sitting and waiting. They were not security but Police Officers. They had guns and were circling me like SHARKS! I thought I would be killed. They closed the circle around me getting tighter and tighter with their guns! For What? I was patiently waiting for my purchase paid in advance.
When I got home, I was shaking like a leaf. Then I read they have hog-tied blacks and Mexicans for uttering a word. I read where they have killed seven people in back for complaining. I am white! I did nothing wrong and felt my life was in severe damage or death.
I called Dillard's and complained of my ill-treatment. I got a fast call back from Mrs. Dillard in her ultra-cushy Gulfstream flying around. She knew she was in trouble.
Dillard's Department Store has been on 60 minutes for killing customers in the back of the store. Hog-tying customers and killing them seems to be the norm. They've killed 7 customers and maybe the number has risen. Dillard's is not a safe place to shop. They run the store like a concentration camp. Do not shop at Dillard's, you may lose your life.
The funny thing is, I'm related to these KILLERS!
