I have a very similar experience and I find it absurd that this is evidently a problem that needs to be corrected. I have been a member since 1980's before they even thought about being 24hour fitness. And I really find it upsetting how they treat there loyal members. I have called into the customer service department which does not sound like they are in the United States by the way. I also would like to have Corporate to look into these issues and make a resolution that is fair.
