You can contact the 3 major credit reporting bureaus and dispute anything that it out of place or erroneous. That would easier than screwing around with BOA.

As stated by the company, all these people got reimbursed money for their broken old tvs bybtheir warranty company. I don't want to hear about the bad economy as some excuse as to why you can't replace your tv with your refund money. If your tv hadn't broke you wouldn't have that money to begin with. So replace your tvs and shut up.

Contact the credit reporting bureaus directly and dispute the problems in your report. The creditors have something like 30 days to prove you actually have a debt with them. This can all be done online.

The don't have to warn you that they are coming to reposess your car. Actually they go out of their way tonmake sure you're not on to them. If you knew they were coming then you would have the opportunity to hide the car or block it in. What I don't understand is your money order has a date on itnfrom October but it wasn't post marked til November. So when did you actually make payment? If they damaged your property I would have the towing company pay for it or take them to small claims court.

Who still falls for this stuff? Amazing. Anyone who wires cash western union to people they don't know because they are being promised large sums of money in return DESERVES WHAT'S COMING TO THEM. you people are fools, you did this to yourself. The scammers will keep on scamming as long as there are still people dumb enough to fall for their cons.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times...? Why keep going?
Lol. Ditto to above responses.

A side point, I mean, with all due respect...I understand the employee giving out your phone number to his friend to be very unprofessional and he should probably be fired, but I don't think your entitled to any money. Did you not rent a car from them and did they not provide you with a car? Was there a problem with the actual car rental? Or do you just want money? I'd be more concerned with getting that employee disciplined rather than getting compensated by the company.

I also agree with the above, if you're being harassed, I would notify the police. As far as rent-a-wreck is concerned...Do you have a copy of this "privacy contract" or any language from it that you can post here? What agreement did they sign with you about privacy? Rental car companies and doctors offices aren't binder by the same privacy laws.
