I first came across Uniblue when my Mozilla Firefox NoScript was updated, and there was a link on their update page. Being the fool I am and trusting that Firefox would not allow a scam to be linked to their site, I purchased Uniblue. I was really hoping that it would help my machine speed up. To no avail. I then contacted them and asked them to honor their 30 guarantee. No response although they promised to respond within 24 hours. Five more request and still no response. It is now time to contact my bank and ask them to reverse the debit to my account and ask them why Uniblue is allowed access Mastercard.
Seeing as how Microsoft is partnered with them (and has some pretty deep pockets), it would seem that a class action suit against Uniblue AND Microsoft would be in order. To all of you shark attorneys out there I would think that this could bring about a feeding frenzy. How about it, I'll act as your lead plaintiff.
