As a Board of Director in a multimillion dollar community in Irvine, CA, I researched the past tows by Patrol One. Patrol One tows vehicles illegally. For example, a vehicle was towed without proper notification ( documented in email from Patrol One).
I and the rest of the community are AWARE of the illegal tows by Patrol One, Bill Bancroft, Samir, Robert Paquette and encourage others not to use Patrol One.
From the word on the streets, Patrol One is in violation of OSHA for not allowing employees to take lunch breaks or 15 minute breaks.
