I have been working with Cyprexx for over 5 years now and have never had any major problems. Most likely, the ones complaining here have done a bad job on a property and have been asked to go back out and do the job right. I had to sign contracts up front with this in mind. I agree with everyone that the first check takes a while to arrive. It took mine 30 days, but their contract says 30 days so I couldn't complain about that. Plus, there are times when a check arrives much more quickly, but I expect 30 days so I'm not disappointed. If you can't have a 30 days hold on your check, you likely are not in a good enough financial position to own your own business. The only time checks have been held after that is when Cyprexx asks me to go back out and fix something. I don't always agree that it's my fault, but anyone in business here knows that taking care of an issue that may not be your fault every now and then is good business. Cyprexx always makes it up to me when it's obvious.

If you have a complaint, why don't you call Cyprexx and find out what's going on? Nobody here has even spoken about your experience after calling in. If I have any problems, I call my coordinator and explain the issue and 95% of the time it's fixed right away. Maybe I have an especially good coordinator right now, but I have worked with 3 in the past and have never had any really bad ones. And since I've been working with them, I've had a total of 4 coordinators in 5 years - 3 of those 4 are still with Cyprexx so their turnover is not as bad as what the last poster said. In business, there are always mistakes, but they are the minority and it seems like some of you believe it's the majority. If they are that bad, the banks wouldn't work with them. Obviously, it's not as bad as what some of you are saying. And no, I am NOT a Cyprexx employee like someone suggested earlier. I just know they have given me a lot of business and have helped my company grow. If not for them, I'd still be struggling in this economy. I think everyone wishes they could be as successful as Cyprexx has been and they are being demonized because of it.
I'm not sure what you are referring to here. I've worked with Cyprexx for a while and they have never paid late like you say. If something gets lost and you call them, they will even overnight it to you once they recognize it's their fault. And like the last poster said, they are NOT a bank and do not repo or charge late fees to anyone. They work for the banks. If you don't know that, then you really have no idea who you even signed up to do work for. And if you don't know who your working for, how could you possibly complain about anything as you kind of deserve to get screwed over if you don't even know the company paying you. It sounds to me like you are just trying to spread false rumors around which makes me believe that whatever happened was likely your fault to begin with. I'm not saying they are perfect, but neither is any other company - I just know I've worked with many of the nationals and Cyprexx is by far the best. Try working with anyone else and see if your experiences are any better.

I have done work for LPS and Safeguard with very negative opinions. I was always paid - everyone who says they don't get paid is lying about something. Either you did not fill out paperwork, you did a horrible job and did not go back and fix it, or you are just plain making up stories. No national company will do that as they have reputations with the banks as well. But LPS and Safeguard just were not very knowledgable. They never really knew what was going on since their coordinators do not work one on one with the individual property contacts. When you call in, they just send you to the next available person. Cyprexx employees must all be assigned to individual properties since they all seems to really know the details about the properties when I call in. In fact, I have phone numbers to individual people when I call in.

Just the fact that you complained about one company and have said that others are next proves you really don't know what you are talking about. You have a complaint about one problem with one company so now the entire inductry is corrupt and fraudulent? Really, get a life. Good luck with your lawsuits again companies that you have nothing against.
