I am also in the same boat. I ordered stuff 3 weeks ago and nothing. This is not the first time this has happened. I am a long time customer and have now given up on them. They by far have the worse customer service I have ever seen. They do not respond to emails or voice mails. I will be filling a dispute with my credit card company. I can't even tell if they are still in business.
I have also order products and as much as I hate to admit it, they do work. My wife takes the Total Tendonitis Relief and it works better than pain killers and anti-inflammatories (and she has a tendon that is 90% detached). I used the Amazing Arthritis Relief and it also works. The only problem is it's almost impossible to get an order delivered from them. This will be the second time I have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back because after 1 month and no replies to emails or voice mails and no product, I have to wonder if they are even still in business.
