I have a Best Bank account and kept my Chase account and I'm glad that I did that. Best Bank is the worst ever. I'm in the process of changing my direct deposit back to Chase. I wanted two banks and since this one is in damn near every Kroger, I thought this would be a better experience seeing as how Chase is always trying to sell you something.
Same problems here...I'm reporting them to the FDIC. The manager has been trying to contact me for days now but I won't even take Jyoti's calls...she can go pound sand for all I care...
