IBP helps you to get your website on Google's first result page and it tells you how to change your web pages so that you can get high rankings. To do that you have to follow the rules of Google. Google sets the requirements, not IBP.
If you find the recommendations impossible then you probably targeted a very competitive keyword. You cannot expect to get a page 1 ranking for a keyword like "credit cards" or "real estate" with a new site. If you choose a more targeted keyword, it will be much easier to get on the first result page and the recommendations will not seem "impossible". In addition, targeted keywords lead to more sales.

Start with very targeted keywords and then proceed to the more competitive keywords. If you use IBP as described in the manual, your website will get high rankings for keywords that deliver sales and it will become much easier to get high rankings for keywords that seem impossible at the moment.

I'm Johannes Selbach of SEOprofiler and I want to clarify this issue:
- This person ordered a $1 trial subscription that turned into a
regular subscription after one week (as advertised in bold when the
customer purchased the $1 trial).
- The customer could have canceled immediately after signing up for
the trial without shortening the trial period (which he did not do).
- SEOprofiler plans can be canceled with a simple mouse click in the
online user interface of SEOprofiler. The customer did _not_ click
that cancellation link and he did _not_ send a cancellation request to
us through the private support forum before the first charge occured.
- Two days before the first real charge occurred, we sent a reminder
message with cancellation instructions to make sure that the charge
does not come as a surprise (recurring orders are non-refundable).
- When the first charge occurred, the customer clicked the
cancellation link and the subscription was immediately canceled.
When I explained the issue to the customer, he became very offensive
and impolite. In addition, we also refunded that order as an
exception.
In summary: the customer was reminded that the charge would occur
before it occurred, he could have canceled at any time, the
cancellation link was always available in his dashboard and he also
received his money back.
This customer purchased a subscription with a trial period of one week for $1. After that week, the regular subscription started.
Before the regular charge of $99 happened, the customer received a reminder that the charge would happen. That message included a cancellation link. In addition, the customer could have canceled at any time during the 7 day test period. The renewal date was always displayed clearly in the dashboard (including a cancellation link).
In addition, the subscription was explained in detail in the FAQ (also including cancellation instructions). I'm afraid that the customer just didn't read the several reminders.

The trial month can be canceled at any time without shortening the trial period. It is not necessary to contact the SEOprofiler support to cancel. There is a cancellation link in the "Manage your account" section on SEOprofiler.
Before the first real charge occurs, we send a reminder message (including cancellation instructions). In addition, everything is explained up-front during the order process, it is explained in the FAQ and in the terms and conditions.
