Thank goodness for Google and the internet. And thank you to all that have previously posted. It seems First Ohio Banc is still sending out notices to unsuspecting consumers, and it is only because I found this that I was able to confirm what I thought: it's too good to be true.
I too have an ESP 7 and wish I never purchased it. It works intermittenly, and you cannot get good customer service support. I've spent hours on the phone, gone through several printheads (all at $25 a piece, which coincidentally you can only buy through Kodak). I wish I found this thread before, but didnt' think to even search on a Kodak product. I've never had such an awful printer, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
