On top of the many, many complaints about their trading ethics, AcaiBurn do not tell you upfront and before you buy, about the very real risk of increased heart rate when using this product.
Given that many potential customers will be overweight, this is a very serious ethical omission.
The side of the bottle does warn against using this product when pregnant or breastfeeding - this is a standard warning on all similar products.
But buyers need to be aware that there are potential risks if you suffer from cardiovascular disease, diabetes, kidney or liver disease (all these are probable underlying conditions if you are overweight).
I made an error of judgement dealing with these people. I don't know if they are devious or just incompetent but, whatever, stay away.
I'm in the UK but I guess the same rules work for you. Get your card company to challenge these amounts as "unauthorised payments". This website contains plenty of evidence that you're not making it up.
Once the card company agrees (they want your business and are on YOUR side so it's probable they will), they just claw back your hard-earned money for you.
Also, they might agree to forward your case to their Fraud department, which involves you in no hassle at all and may end with Acaiburn having their internet merchant status revoked (please God)
If you've cut and pasted these statements from an email you've received, then there are so many things wrong I can't list them all.
If I had a mail like that from a company claiming to be the BRITISH NATIONAL LOTTERY (an organisation actually known as "Camelot" ) or BMW (NOT known in the UK as BMW automobiles) I would expect a higher standard of literacy from a major organisation. These emails are very poor.
The address in Stamford Lincs shows up in Google Maps as a suburban street.
And can you imagine BMW using a Hotmail or Yahoo email address?
Also, one of the supposed authors is "Kenneth_Williams_1983", referring to a famous British comedian who died in 1983.
So no, keep a tight hold on your money and your personal data guys. If I were you I'd write to that address in Stamford and tell the mum and dad their son is a very naughty boy.
And not just Americans, my friend. This is a very wide scam.
