I am a real estate agent attempting to process a short sale. I would like to let you know how extremely disappointed I am in GC Services. I am attempting to process a short sale and GC Services is the collection agency on behalf of Chase.
GC refuses to submit my offer to Chase because they are saying it is too low. I truly need some help because this company is being of no service. I have never been treated so rudely or disrespected in such a manner before while trying to conduct a short sale.
