Some of the "want to be real estate fund managers or investors" that visit Leonard's seminars lack the foundation of experience to comprehend just what he can do for those whom know the markets and also what potential can be achieved. I would suggest before you hear the negative comments of others, you do the dilegence to ask many others what great has come from Leonard and his team.
