Leonard Rosen is a rip off artist. I gave him $25, 000 to optimize my website and he has done absolutely nothing! He told me to attend his seminar at Pitbull Mortgage School or Pitbull Seminars and he would introduce me to "the major players." I paid over $2, 000 for me and my people to attend. I did not get ANY value for his services.

Leonard Rosen is pathetic. I would recommend you staying far away from him!

Here's a follow-up to my previous post on this website…. My experience with the Pitbull Mortgage School was from a few years ago. I did not receive any benefit from the seminar and I have not returned since. I would hope Leonard Rosen has since improved the program, and has since hired other professionals in addition to his family and friends. Also, my estimate of the start up cost of over $100, 000 it would’ve taken to get started in a hard money business (including Leonard Rosen's hefty “consulting" fee) was just not worth it. I felt I was totally misled, and regretted attending this seminar. Of course, everything in my previous post on this website, and this post are my opinions from my experiences. You are free to form your own opinions.

Replying to comment of Marion-W.

I want to attend the up coming Beverly Hills conference. I am a commercial RE investor and agent. I am always looking to net work. Is it worth the price to go?

TOTAL RIPOFF AND A TOTAL FRAUD! I went to a Pitbull Mortgage School seminar in Las Vegas. My assistant and I paid the owner, Leonard Rosen, $1, 500 to attend. We were promised an entire day full of private money lending education, industry trends, forecasts, and overall substance. Instead, the entire day was a complete waste. There was ZERO content. The entire day was filled with other vendors who paid Rosen money to advertise their products. Also, Leonard Rosen spent the entire day advertising his consulting course that costs over $100, 000. It is apparent that Leonard Rosen is playing the numbers game. He will try to sucker as many people who are dumb enough to pay him money to attend a seminar. The seminar is nothing more than an advertising platform to "up-sell" you to a 100K+ "consulting" course. He figures he only needs a few suckers to sign up and he can make a fortune. Leonard Rosen and Pitbull are a total rip-off. The entire operation is made up of his family members (wife, kids, etc). Total scam. Beware!

You're not a client - you ARE Leonard Rosen or his lackey who was hired to respond to this complaint. Google "Leonard Rosen Ripoff" and EVERYONE thinks Leonard Rosen and Pitbull Mortgage are ripoff artists. Leonard Rosen has several JUDGMENTS against him personally because HE DOESNT PAY HIS BILLS. PLEASE do the due diligence and you will find that Mr. Rosen has a big hat and no cattle, as he is wont to say.

I have been a client of Pitbull Mortgage and thier team for almost three years. NEVER have they failed to do what they promised. Remember if you are reading something negative, there is ALWAYS two sides to the story. Some of the "want to be real estate fund managers or investors" that visit Leonard's seminars lack the foundation of experience to comprehend just what he can do for those whom know the markets and also what potential can be achieved. I would suggest before you hear the negative comments of others, you do the dilegence to ask many others what great has come from Leonard and his team.

Leonard Rosen is a scam artist. Do not do business with him. He makes promises he can not keep.
