I don't think the staff at Thrifty Car Rental appreciates having customers and believe, therefore, that they should not have any.
Proud to say I have not done business with Thrifty (or their partner, Dollar) for over sixteen months now, and counting. Hell will freeze over before they get any of my business again.
Did anyone from Thrifty ever contact you to resolve? Don't hold your breath.
