On January 4, 2011 I purchased glasses at Drs. ValueVisions pepertual "two for one" sale. At that time I was told it may take as long as ten to fourteen days to make the perscription however, it would normally be only 5 to 10 days. No-line Bi-focal lenses are not all that uncommon. Thirty four days later I cancelled the order, my patience completely exhausted after reciving a plethora of pethetic excuses and apologies from the store manager and district manager. (I suspect that he made a lateral management move from Jack-In-The Box or The Shoe Depot.) After almost putting him in tears, he refunded the purchase. The cost of the eye exam was, of course, not. This leads me to querry the quality of the Doctors perscription. (Assuming he actually WAS a Doctor and not on loan from Hertz Rent a Car).
My rational is this: The quaity of their product is reflected by the service provided.
If you have even the slightest urge to make a purchase from here, FIGHT IT! You would be better off buying from the Keebler Elfs in a Hollow tree.
