I have never and will never order anything from these crazies yet they have called my phone 5-15 times a day since April. I have reported them to the Federal Do Not Call List at least 7 times. I finally gave up and reported them to every single law maker in Georgia - seriously, I sent a million emails. Anyway, I have not heard from them in 14 days. What a relief.
Anyway, if you get a call from these people, they will use whatever tactic they can to extract personal information from you. Don't give anything away. Not your name, address and don't confirm you telephone number. Either hang up, or give them fake information.
Just recently purchased a GE Profile washer and dryer and I am completely dissatisfied. I understand the concept of the HE washers but am think there should be enough water to cover at least the top of your load. My machine also has the Auto Sensing load feature which to me is a joke. I'd rather be able to select my own load size and let the machine fill up that way. I contacted the store I purchased from who directed me to call the warranty people since I have an extended warranty. However, I really don't want it repaired I want it replaced. I sure miss my old machine which was a Kenmore the was purchased in 2001 that never gave me an ounce of trouble versus this crappy machine that was just bought 2 months ago.
