This company is a complete scam. Their disclaimer says that they verify with the account holders before allowing the charge. They never called me at all and when I called them about who had signed up for this service it some random person I didn't even know who is not authorized to make changes to the account had authorized the charge. So to say that your procedures "comply with all applicable laws and industry standard best practices" is a complete lie. You violate your own disclaimer apart from it being completely illegal and unethical to just place a charge on someones account without their authorization.
