Rick contacted me today and asked me to remove this complaint. I find it insulting that he would even ask.
Per your terms:
1. I emailed you a link to the lower price
2. It was a non-sale, non-special price
3. You stated "we will certainly honor our guarantee" (I still have the email to prove it)
Then... after many days, you contacted me and changed your mind - Citing the same convoluted excuse as you posted above. Unfortunately, you can't just add new rules when it suits you. You were blatantly dishonest, and you know it. I told you I'd inform the BBB and complaint boards, and you did nothing, so don't say you didn't have the chance to correct the situation.
I have the same problem. I can't get them to stop throwing their trash in my driveway every week. I have never subscribed, and neither have my neighbors. I have called repeatedly, left voice mails, threatened legal action, etc., but they continue to throw trash in my driveway. Every week.
