I freaking hate AsiaRooms! It's a freaking stupid company. I tried booking for a 3 night stay in a hotel in Bandung and received and error message stating that there was an error with the online booking and to try again. On my third try my booking went through and was confirmed. WhenI checked my email I had 3 freaking bookings that went through. I called AsiaRooms and had the representative made me wait for 40 mins on hold to tell me that he couldn't do anything about it as it was and advance purchase. After emphasizing that it was a mistake on their end, I was trasferred to their customer service line. After waiting another 15 mins I received the same anwser that they couldn't do anything about it. At this point I started raising my voice and they said that they will try to see what they can do and call me back asap. Asia Rooms should be blacklisted.
Yes they are real scammers. Don't ever use Asia Rooms. They charge me 3 times on my credit card when there was an error on their online system and told me that the hotel I book Hilton Bandung refused to let me cancel my booking. I called Hilton Bandung and am waiting for their reply now. Can u imagine how ridiculous this situation is? They chargedme 3 times for bookings on the same date and tell me they can't do a damn thing about it.
Absolutely agree. Total scam of a company. Charged me 3 times on my credit card due to their online system error and they tell me they can't do anything about it. Have you ever witness a day light robbery?
