Not only their customer service is foreign, the entire operation is based out of Bangalore, India. So, if they screw you over, you have no recourse.
I could have told the exact same story about this daycare and the owner of the daycare. This is at best a substandard place ran by substandard people. These people are worthless as childcare providers. For your child's sake, get them out of there. There are excellent home childcare as well as other childcare providers in the area. We know, because we had to look around and ask a lot of questions after dealing with these folks.
The owner of this place has no business caring for kids.
