I placed an order over a month ago. I called their customer service number and got a recording to leave a message. I emailed three different times and got an "Auto Response" thanking me for my email.
The phone number on the bottom of the email was bogus. I'm beginning
to think I was "taken". It is impossible to speak with a live representative. WHERE IS MY ORDER!
