Just talked to lightspeed panel about some of the complaints that I have had and that others on your site have had at [protected]. They say that things will start geting better like they use to be very soon they just bought TNS "MySurvey" and they gave me an e-mail to send the "no points for taking" coplaints it is bwalsh@lightspeedpanel.com.
