First they sent me a machine that didn't work. Then a representative told me he could get me a machine that did work. It worked, but they are still charging me for both machines claiming "the lease is non-cancellable" I've had to shut down my bank accounts twice. Now they are calling me several times a day from an anonymous phone number and leaving messages. Every time I called it was a run around and always the same response "the lease is non-cancellable" This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am sure there is a major class action lawsuit brewing if not already one. Also, TCF BANK should be ashamed of having their name associated with a scam company like this!
I have just written a letter to the Minnesota Attorney General and have also contacted the FTC. FDGL fraudulently obtained my new bank account number and withdrew funds. I filed a fraud report and got my money back. Now they call 5 times a day 5 days a week for over 2 months. This is in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act 806.5 which states "Causing telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number". This company is not afraid to break laws in order to collect debts owed or not. I highly suggest anyone reading this to contact the FTC, Attorney General and hire a lawyer.
