Firstly I have been with tracker now for only 2 months and this morning when I got into work I recieved a letter via e-mail of an annual increase, dated the 31 August but sent on the 31st September for the next day the 1st of October ... Now we cant blame the post for this as this was done electronically ... so what the ?? 2 months and I get an increase...
