Its sad when the customer knows more then the employee's. I must say you had the right idea when you suggested they clean the jacket. Most new garments stll have dye left in the fabric and once it"s been dry clean or wet clean the color will fade some. if both garments were cleaned together you may not even noticed the difference. However this was the manufactors fault. You can take this garment back to the department store for a store credit with or without your receipt because it is damaged. If you do not have a receipt and the suit is now on sale you will only get the sale price. If you need help with this matter go to drycleansurvey and complete our online claim form. over 14 years experience in the dry cleaning industry

It sounds like your garment was hard pressed. If their employee was a professional with over 14 years experience like myself, they would know that all material can not be pressed the same. Once this has happen there is really nothing you can do. They can try cleaning the garment again and have someone who is more professional repress the garment for you. if your still not satisfied the dry cleaners is responsible for replacing your garment. If you need help with this matter go to dry clean survey and file a claim and we willl press the issue for you.

I understand you have been using the same cleaners for many years, but what customers do not know is that dry cleaners hire and fire new employee's everyday. they care about their employee's as much as they care about you. With that being said the person who was cleaning your blouses before most likely has been replace with someone with less experience. because your blouses should have been put in a special bag to protect your silver dots. and if they cared about their customers they would have fixed the problem before you picked up your blouses. The cleaners is responsible for replacing your blouses. if they refuse you can take your blouses back to the department store for a store credit because it is damaged. if you need help wtih this matter go to drycleansurvey and file a claim and we will press the issue for you and they should have refunded you for the cleaning. I have been in the dry cleaning industry for over 14 years trying to help put a stop to bad dry cleaners worldwide

if the cleaners followed the care label it would be the manufactors fault. but the cleaners should have contacted you in advance regarding your comforter instead of trying to cover it up. very unprofessional. visit our website at www.drycleansurvey.com for more dry cleaning tips or to file a claim.
I always tell our drycleansurvey members to check their garments before leaving the store. This will save you time and money. Always try on any alteration and check zippers by going up and down several times. for more dry cleaning tips or to file a claim visit us at www.drycleansurvey.com

I'm sorry about your jacket. If Danny was truly a professional he would have known a leather jacket could not be dry cleaned and it looks like he pressed it on the hot head, I'm sure he tried covering the leather with a brown paper bag first, but the hot head is just to hot for leather it will melt. he is 100% responsible for the damages I would take him to court. He owes you for the cost of your jacket and a refund for the bad service you received. All you would need is the drycleaning ticket. because the damage done to your jacket could have only happen at a cleaners. Go to www.drycleansurvey.com for help with your claim.

They act this way because they are afraid another customer will hear your complaint and walk out. What they haven't realize, it's not the customers complaint that run consumers off, It's how they handle the complaint. The sad part is, it wouldn't have cost the cleaners a dime to clean the dress and make you a satisfied customer. become a member at www.drycleansurvey.com to help us fight bad dry cleaning services worlwide.
The customer is always right! I'm sure you know what color it was. But the problem is NO CARE LABEL. When there is no care label the cleaners is suppose to notify the consumer before cleaning. making the consumer aware of the problem and allowing them to be apart of the decision. Then the manufactor would be responsible for the damages, for not having a care label. Because the cleaners made the decision to clean the barong they are fully responsible. first you must prove it was purple. If you have any pictures that can prove your case contact me at www.drycleansurvey.com and we will be happy to help you file a claim.
You have the right ideal! Make sure you take your photos and dry cleaning receipt to court. It sounds like they didnt follow the care label instruction. if you need help filing your claim go to www.drycleansurvey.com
