I TOOK MY LEATHER/SUEDE REVERSIBLE JACKET TO BE CLEANED. I PAID FOR DANNY TO SEND IT TO THE LEATHER CLEANERS HE'S CONTRACTED WITH. HE CLEANED IT HIMSELF AND NOT ONLY SHRANK IT 3 SIZES, BUT BURNT AND MELTED THE LEATHER. IT WAS PART OF A CUSTOM MADE SUIT. THE JACKET ALONE WAS $350. HE HAS OFFERED ME $65 TO REPLACE IT! HE WAS DEMEANING AND INSULTING TO ME. HE AT FIRST TOLD ME THE LEATHER PLACE RUINED IT. WHEN I WANTED THEIR NUMBER I WAS FINALLY TOLD HE DID IT HIMSELF!

I'm sorry about your jacket. If Danny was truly a professional he would have known a leather jacket could not be dry cleaned and it looks like he pressed it on the hot head, I'm sure he tried covering the leather with a brown paper bag first, but the hot head is just to hot for leather it will melt. he is 100% responsible for the damages I would take him to court. He owes you for the cost of your jacket and a refund for the bad service you received.
