Same exact thing happening here. I also was charged for an answer that was never given. Dispute the charges with your bank as unauthorized charges, then go into your settings online and change the obscure entry that says you want recurring billing--look at their site for where to do it. I also had a hard time getting hold of them and this is how I got my charges credited back--they were never there to justify their charges with the bank. I find that this recurring charge is not well publicized at all and this is a great potential for a class action suit. Too bad I am not that kind of lawyer, but it did take me in. Legally, they have to prove the charge was authorized. They are a total ripoff and remember--they will bill you even if your question is not answered!

BOA approved a modification for a couple who were eight months behind. The husband was unemployed and about to receive a life insurance and inheritance settlement of over 50 grand. He sweet talked the BOA rep (he was a salesman) into telling him how to get through the modification process and was told how to manipulate the app to the penny. He was told he was short 900 bucks and then made it up with bogus income. So, they do modify WHO they want. Maybe it is the reps that handle NH or who are so susceptible to mind control that approve these. So, this couple is sitting on a modification of first and second mortgage and was allowed to go 8 months late. The worst part is knowing that they have 50, 000 cash in the bank. So, how DO you pick who you will modify BOA? I can prove all this, also, BOA, so you should police your employees better.
What I find odd is that this post has generated more reaction than any serious problems other people posted. I agree with some of the comments, but why can SOME of us not take the time to respond to others problems that are serious yet post in response to some thirteen year old who obviously needs attention.
