When I signed up for Jennifer Johnson, I was contacted within a day. Two men gave me the sales pitch of my life. It wasn't long before I realized there was no way I could make the money they had promised me. They told me more than once, that my $9, 950 investment was a One-Time Short-Term investment. I am not computer savvy, but they asssured me that didn't matter. Within a couple of weeks, I tried to get money back, but no way. Now, every time I turn around, they want more money, in the thousands. I wish I would have checked out their site before paying them all this money. Now, I am much poorer and feel very used, losing sleep, and anxious. Has anyone gotten a refund back, and if so, HOW.

Can anyone tell me what the fees were for signing up? I was told I had 3 choices, $8670, $9525, and $10, 690. I would be interested in knowing what choices all of you had. Sad and Confused.

Hi, one of the men was Anthony Marcus, the main seller. The other man was Justin Walsh. They really did inform me that there was only 3 options for this program, one at 8, 620, one at 9575, and one at 10, 690. They told me to write down "On time short-term investment". After reading all the complaints and comments from others, I realize there were less expensive programs which were never presented to me. They give so much conflicting information. For instance, a Steve told me to go to wholesale.com and sign up for the year program. Then, when I talked to my "coach" Darren, he said there was no way I was ready for the wholesale.com. I have talked several times, once to Robert Thomas, and once with James, I think, who tried to get me to sign up for a LLC for $4, 900. When I said there was no way I was going to charge more to my account, they brought the price down to $1750.00. I told them to send me an e-mail, in writing, what would be inclded in this program, not the legal version, but bullets explaining it, but I did not get a resonse from that yet. Now I am supposed to meet with a new Coach, Rick, who is supposed to help me better. I tried to get out of the program within a week or two, but they said I couldn't get any money back, so I figure I can use up as much of their time as I can, and try to recoup some of the money. If I threatened getting an attorney to help me, would that help with my case, especially since I wasn't offered a less expensive program? Please advise me if you can be of any help.

Wow, pretty interesdting - I think I will contact my attorney friend. That seems like discrimination to me - charging more for people who have available credit. I'll keep everyone informed. Anyone else have different start up fees?

I tried to go to the [redacted] site, and I found no complaints on Fortune Learning Systems. Should I be going under Ivy Capital? Is that their real name?

This people have taken advantage of older and unemployed people who were honestly looking for a way to make some extra money. They kept insisting they wanted "success stories" but all they want was your money. They charge different people different prices based on your available credit. Beware all of you! they also go by the names of Ivy Capital, ICI Success, and now there is another name out ther which is Apply Knowledge Institute. They tell you how you have been chosen and what an honor it is to be chosen to give our success story - but it is very hard to make any money in this program, and all they want you to do is sell stuff on e-bay. Please take note of all the complaints posted on their various sites.

Everyone beware of the salesmen who claim they want to make you their SUCCESS STORY. Believe me when I tell you that it is very hard to make money from this company's instructions. They charge different amounts to different people based on how much credit you have available. They will tell you this is one-time, short-term investment and you will be able to be successful in this type of business. They flatter you and tell you how much faith they have in your abilities even when you tell them you have hardly any computer experience. I tried and tried to learn everything they had for me to read, and after months, I was still trying to understand e-bay. Believe me when I tell you they want your money. They also go by the names of Ivy Capital, and Fortune Learning Systems and the newest one is Apply Knowledge Institute. Do not be taken in by these fast talking salesmen. Run - don't walk. Just read all the complaints posted on the Complaints Board, and you will know what you are up against.

Would love to know how you got your money back from WholesaleMatch.com. They charged me $999.00 again on the advise by Steve who said it was necessary, only to find out that it was not necessary to join at that time. I think they are all in this together!

I joined Wholesalematch.com. They told me there was 100% refund policy, but I never used them, and they want to keep 30% of my investment.

No - never received my money back. I have reported them to the BBB and also the Federal Trade Commission. I am going to start talking to anyone who will listen to me about this. It is absolutely disgraceful how people are permitted to run businesses like this. I am also going to check with the attorney generals office in Orlando.
