I called to pay a traffic fine in full with GC Services. I was set-up on a monthly payment plan and was informed by Ms. Thomas @ [protected] that a payment that was received and paid on 03/16/2017 would not be released for 30 days even if there was proof that the bank paid the item. After discussion she advised that if I had treated her nicer should would have seeh what she could do about releasing the hold. I called back to speak to her supervisor and she encouraged me to file a complaint. This is the type of customer service that makes it bad for all companies and companies wonder why businesses are failing. This is your typical bad apple.
