Seriously, you need to learn how to investigate before you get click happy with your credit card. There are several sites out there like theirs, and they all make it very clear that they are resellers, with basically means scalpers, only legal. YES - you pay more than face value, YES - you pay additional fees and to the company, and YES - you pay more than you might think is fair in shipping. This is because these tickets are sold out in most cases, the company only exists to make a profit, and paying for FedEx tracking ensures we all know exactly where the tickets are once mailed. If you paid for tickets that were NOT yet sold out, I'm sorry, but that's just your own stupidity for not checking ticketmaster first (who, by the way, also charges "convenience" and shipping fees).
