Coast to Coast TicketsTicket Scalping

This is one of the biggest scams ever. They charged me $89.00 for a $39.00 to a concert. I bought two tickets and with their service fee it came to $225.00. Ticketmaster still has $36.00 tickets in a better section. Coast to Coast is a broker and they buy tickets from people and sell them at a much higher price. When I bought the tickets I thought that was the price. Here's the clincher, when I received my tickets the seats are not even together. Do not buy from these crooks!!

I work for Coast to Coast, and am a bit confused myself. When you say the "additions were incorrected in the invoice, " did you mean that the charge on your credit card was NOT the same as the invoice amount? If that is the case, then please call our support group at [protected] and let them know that you were charged more than your invoice shows, and they will definitely fix it. If the invoice does show the extra charges, are you certain those charges are not our standard service fees? There are service fees and handling added to every order at checkout to cover site maintenance and other company fees (this is the case with all ticket brokers, not just us), and those fees are described in our terms of service which you have to click "agree" to before you are able to make a purchase. Either way, you should be able to call and get a better explanation of the cost, or find out if there was an overcharge of some kind. Good luck!

Coast to coast tickets sold me 8 tickets for a concert and they charge me $97.92 over. When I called to correct their mistakes, they claimed that it was already signed and they were extrimely uncooperative and rude. The invoice that they had were unclear, they additions were incorrected in the invoice, that I can produce as an evidence. At the time of purchasing the tickets I call the phone showed in the screen, which was, which they told me that they will refund me the difference in difference transaction. This is not what Coast to Coast saying to me. Please help me, they are ripping consumers off, they are not disclosing the invoice properly, it is very confussing.

Seriously, you need to learn how to investigate before you get click happy with your credit card. There are several sites out there like theirs, and they all make it very clear that they are resellers, with basically means scalpers, only legal. YES - you pay more than face value, YES - you pay additional fees and to the company, and YES - you pay more than you might think is fair in shipping. This is because these tickets are sold out in most cases, the company only exists to make a profit, and paying for FedEx tracking ensures we all know exactly where the tickets are once mailed. If you paid for tickets that were NOT yet sold out, I'm sorry, but that's just your own stupidity for not checking ticketmaster first (who, by the way, also charges "convenience" and shipping fees).

I work for Coast to Coast, and I'm sorry to hear you felt misled! We do have disclaimers on every page stating that we are part of the secondhand ticket market, and not the original box office, and it's also stated on the buy confirmation page as well.

Prices on the tickets we sell are set by the original owners of those tickets, so we do not control the final cost. Our prices are in line with other brokers in the business - please don't hesitate to compare our prices to other major ticket brokers like Stubhub, TicketsNow (which is owned by Ticketmaster), Razorgator and dozens of others.

As far as the seats not being together - did you contact our customer support to notify them of this? Provided you selected only a single section to purchase from, the seats should have been adjacent unless it was specified that they weren't. So if a supplier of ours sent the wrong seats, that would definitely be something we should know about!
