If any of you have had problems with your Great Danes health, we would have expected you to contact us, not post your suspicions online. You must not be truly concerned there is a problem if you don’t even take the liberty to notify us of it.
Regarding Travelers Wife, AKA Danielle Montoya, AKA College Student who our lawyer quoted is “ Just plain crazy “ :
We really cannot believe the nerve you have, to rip off, and cheat a family with five children, and then continue to claim that you did the right thing. It is an outright lie that you did not give us anything from the litter we provided you with BECAUSE you were afraid we would breed the heck out of that dog. After you LIED about having any Harlequins in the litter, we then picked a male, which you also REFUSED to give us. We tried to work out a fee with you instead, BUT you also REFUSED to pay. After it was obvious we would get nothing from you, which was about THREE WEEKS after the puppies were born, we then began warning people that we are going to pursue this in court, and that you are selling the puppy we want as pick of the litter.
Even AFTER we found out you LIED to us about the Harlequin, we told you we understand you might want to keep her, and you could have just told us, and we can work something out with another puppy. You must be an outright NASTY person to have done what you did. We got extra testing done on Jax for you, offered you all the advice we had, allowed you to contact and keep in touch with us whenever you needed help and during delivery, drove to YOU for the second breeding, offered to help advertise, and CONTINUED to try to help you, sending puppy buyers your way AFTER we had discovered and confronted you on that you lied to us about what was in the litter.
Regarding this “ Judgement Win “, thank you for posting this, as we had no idea what you are referring to, and did not know until you filed another case THE RIGHT WAY. We have just about put it past us on the idea of taking you to court, as we do not like wasting our time, and you most likely do not have a full time job, as you are only 20 and not even out of college, which would make it hard to collect what we win anyway. We’ll settle this in court.
It clearly stated on the contract that we did not have to register your puppies AKC if you violated the rules. Obviously stated, giving us nothing for our agreement is violating a rule.
Baby has had one litter with us, and has already gone past her next heat. She had a litter with her past owner, not us. She was NOT pregnant at the time we got her, and did not have a litter with us until almost six months after we got her. We have never bred her more than ONCE. Bandita had two puppies in her first AND ONLY litter and HAS NEVER HAD ANOTHER LITTER. Having two puppies, it took no toll on her at all. We let the puppies nurse for the first week, then kept them on bottles for the next three weeks. But that DOES NOT matter since, ONCE AGAIN, she has NEVER HAD ANOTHER LITTER. Bandita recovered fully two weeks after giving birth and has gone past her next heat, and HAS NOT HAD A LITTER SINCE.
So no, we DO NOT BREED our girls “Heat after heat “. We have never even had two litters from the same Dam! What a joke, that you pretend you know all this, and spread lies.
We live in a very respected area that is inspected by both animal control and local security. We are only allowed to have five adult dogs on the premises. If we owned a “Puppy Mill” or “Excessive dogs” there is no way we would be able to hide it in our neighborhood. Security drives by every day, and our entire yard is visible from the road. All our dogs are licensed, and we get frequent visits from Animal Control, to make sure everything is in order.
Regarding ”not happy at all!” :
Your papers have been taken care of. Your Great Dane is 100% Purebred. If your puppy was shipped, it is your responsibility to sign the Guarantee that is accessible through our Site, also emailed to you, and send it to us. It is required that it be signed by you, or it will not be active. We have also made sure to send it to people through email also, so please let us know if you do not have access to it. You have had ample opportunity to sign it and send it, so why have you not?

Continually talking about my husband’s problems is childish and shameful. Our problems life has dealt us has been difficult, but it is astonishing and just plain juvenile to dig up as much dirt as you can, and make sure everyone knows about it. This is all about AKC Papers, nothing more. Even if I were faced with the scare some of you guys have, thinking you were scammed, I would never stoop as low as that.
If any of you have further problems, contact us. Posting information complaining is not going to help you in anyway.

The tickets are being brought to court, as Animal control said they would not issue any tickets, as we did not know it had to be renewed every year, as LAST 2009 was our FIRST year having more than five adults in the house. So yes, our five adults are registered, and are being renewed.
One litter of Great Dane puppies plus five adults is EASILY 22 dogs. How many did you have in your house counting your Great Dane puppies? Was it three adults and 11 puppies? You're one to judge.
The officer stopped by ONCE after we had just gotten home at night, and has not had a chance to clean up the puppy's mess. Of course it smelled, looking at the photos of your puppies who were clearly dirty and let to run free with all your other dogs is what's " Horrendous ", I'm SURE you know how hard it is cleaning up after puppies. You had to take two of your puppies in an emergency to the vet because of an illness, obviously contagious if affected two, and you claim it was a rash, which is most likely caused by NOT BEING CLEAN.
We never received your first court summons, most likely because you are inexperienced and did not send it correctly. As soon as this is filed the case will be dismissed and you will have to file it again the right way.
I really don't understand this whole " Trailer thing " everyone is so hyped about. Our house used to be a trailer a good 11 years ago. Since then it has been built onto TWICE and has a furnished basement. The puppies had their own brand new room they were kept in. Regarding all the " Junk " outside, that would be Two ATV's and Snowmobiles that are used yearly. Really grappling now, aren't we? You're proving to be very childish, trying to find anything wrong to " dig the hole " you've dug for yourself with, lies, deceit, and overall evil behavior. Look out for the new generation being raised!
We don't need anymore proof than your photos you have posted, and that you had to take your puppies in for a rash. If the rash wasn't contagious, why did two puppies have it instead of one? You never did say if any of the others got it later on, so who's to say you wouldn't lie about that also. Our puppies have never gotten a rash, we are no more 'unclean' than you. It's good that your puppies are healthy! Maybe you should consider how you got those big, healthy puppies.
