After finding out I cannot have a legal address in New York or get help with any complaints I have filed, I now found out my computer IP number is black listed because evidently we do not own that either. That's funny because we pay quite a bit each month to Verizon to have it.Even better...On a private site I DISCOVERED Verizon is using a 'POOL' of IP's.When I log on to my own private site with my own folders quess what? They log my time and date and IP number, but only once has OUR IP number actually shown up instead they post any IP number they want to. Not just once either. HOW MANY TIMES? In less than I MONTH they listed my log ins as 36 DIFFERENT IP numbers. One time they listed our real one. Gee Whiz maybe that's why I'm being black listed now on 11 Different BLACK LIST. I would suggest everyone in New York check your IP number to a black list then check if you also have 36 different IP numbers thanks to your phone or computer services.Should I complain to an agency about my address or computer? I would love to but I already did that /Homeland Security/ FBI/ Postal Inspectors/ OPEL the New York online Business Center. Harassed about it? You bet, over and over and over. Should I ask the police for help? I would love to but when I was shot at they told me return the weapons ( arrows /27 inches long with metal tips) shot at me or be taken to court. The second time I tried to get help from the police? Stop YAKKETY YAKKING. Does anyone have any suggestions that do not involve agencies who are incapable of doing anything or people in ' CHARGE' who act like they were raised on another planet?
New update from New York State.
This morning I tried to log into my own art gallery site with MY art displayed in it. Only to be told I am denied access to the work, I created. I have all the original art that they are displaying under my name. I also now have copies of the help support ticket I filed and copies of what comes up when you access MY GALLERY. You are Banned Susan from your own work you created. So now I will have to put it somewhere else . Because once again anyone who wants can steal my address/ art/packages/ or anything else they want in lovely Dutchess County, New York, USA. They have there own laws here, they do not have to follow any laws all citizens are given in the U.S. And no matter who you contact you are given no help. Once again I have the paperwork to prove what I am saying.

I would like to inform anyone in New York who receives a ticket while driving- DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH. Why? I mistakenly told my teenage son to tell the truth AFTER he received a speeding ticket and was told by the state trooper to show up in court and say he was not guilty.I thought it was best to instill in my son the value of telling the truth- he was going too fast.
I was wrong. He should have lied like he was told to, by the trooper. He should have showed up in court and said he was not guilty and he should have lied, because all he received for telling the truth and saying he was coming down a hill and yes, he was going too fast before he braked( and he learned his lesson- he would drive more carefully)was a $600.00 fine. So I am telling anyone else who drives here, do what the police tell you. Show up in court and LIE. Save yourself $600.00. it does not pay to ever tell the truth in New York.You are wasting your time.
Well this time Dutchess County and New York State have decided we cannot even have The United States Military send mail to our legal address! That's right, because no one in this County or State would investigate the 6 mail complaints I filed asking for help with our mailing address being stolen now my son cannot receive his military mail. It has been our address since 1999. The County of Dutchess FORCED us to change our address. We have the Paper telling us we must or be fined and now almost ten years later our address is still being used by anyone who wants to. So they can also steal any mail they want that is sent by the United States Military. Today I was inside and someone banged on my door, by the time I got to the door a Budget Movers Truck was speeding away. Laying at the bottom of our stairs was a package sent to my son who is in The National Guard. The box was opened and left out in the rain. I could not get the truck number or plate number. It clearly says on the box THIS IS A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PRODUCT. But they not only through my son's Army Military box outside in the rain they slit it open and left it there opened. Which means they tampered with Military mail. Maybe the experts in Dutchess County who have been covering this up for 9 years can explain to the United States Military why they are letting thieves tamper with their mail now. I've tried to get answers for 9 years maybe the Army will have better luck.I have the paperwork but this County and State refuse to even speak to me let alone look at the paper saying we were forced to change our address. We also have all or fully PAYED mortgage statements and our lease for our lot saying this is our address. The landlord signed it himself and sent it to our legal address in 2001 when the theives started using it!
