The cat that produced a kitten that died of FIP was not owned by College Kitty Cattery but a breeder in downstate Illinois. I have since stopped working with that breeder and sold any breeding females I purchased from her. I explained this to the party who lodged this complaint in great detail on several occasions. She was looking for a cash refund and my contract clearly states that I do not offer cash refunds but provide another kitten. I work with very reputable breeders and offered her a kitten from those lines. Unfortunately, some people are very difficult to deal with. I am sorry for her loss but can no longer help her or please her.

I am relieved to see that people are catching on to this evil and vindictive breeder! She has tried to sabotage other breeders in the past.
There is not a chance of that happening. Her and her boyfriend ran into some bad luck. I guess what goes around comes around.
She is actually trying to pretend this is not her or Ron! What a joke!
By the way, her cats are starting to show up on the humane society website. Look at Ping & Pippin!
If this is a legitimate complaint why not post your real name and address? Why not contact me? A mill is what Katie Grashel at Amunra was operating. Animals in cages without clean bedding and unsanitary conditions. In over my head? I hardly think so. Am I supposed to be concerned that openeyes101 will not recommend me? All of her loyal soldiers are now writing complaints about me to try to drag me down. Who could be loyal to a cat hoarder with a twisted boyfriend who likes to look at little girls having sex?
By the way, the only cat I had with herpes was Amunra Rice of College Kitty. She had outbreaks whenever she was stressed and passed it on to her kittens. She was placed with a family in Wisconsin.
Dream on if you think she is going to admit anything. Katie was my mentor for 3 years and I will forever feel grateful to Katie for the help and support she gave me. I think when Star died she was already running scared and turned 0n me. I respected Katie and thought her and Ron were a nice young couple with the whole world ahead of them. I was really hurt when she started the FIP thing to sabotage my cattery. I still like Katie and I wish I could reach out to her and be her friend. I truly appreciate everything she did to help me.
More interesting reading on the TCA website. Cindy Wrobel contacted Katie's past employers and not one person had anything good to say!

The complaints about FIP and Sick Kitten were written by Katie at Amunra Cattery or friends of Katie's. Katie was operating a kitten mill and was shut down following her boyfriend's arrest for child pornography. She is evil and vindictive. She became angry after selling me a kitten that died. I now understand the reason behind that. She has to turn the attention to me because she had 47 sick cats removed from her premises. They are now at the Lakeland County Humane Society in Wisconsin. It appears that Kissy and her kittens seem to have a lot of problems from what I have been reading. There is a breeder in California and one in Virginia that recently bought cats from Katie. They took her name off of their website but everyone knows they are Amunra cats. The breeder in Virginia is very young and immature and thinks Cindy Wrobel is a hoax and Katie is still in business. She also thinks the newspaper articles were staged. The breeder in California is very experienced and there is no excuse for her behavior.
Katie you can't do any better than that? You have no idea where I live. I actually own a home. How are you and Ron the pervert doing now?
You are going to get sued sweetheart. You made a fatal mistake of telling someone a lie about Star that put in it writing . It is now in my attorneys hands. I realize you have nothing to sue for since you are out of the cat business. LOL!
One more comment Katie. Read the newsletter from Diane. It seems Cindy Wrobel told Diane how vindictive you are and she got that from people who worked with you.
My neighbors have no idea what my cattery name is so they could not be writing this Katie. LOL!

A puppy mill is not a person who lets their dog have 2 litters in her lifetime. I was just at the vet tonight getting my puppies vet checked and ready to go home tomorrow and discussed having my Honey spayed as this is her last litter. We all know the definition of a kitten mill since we all know Amunra Cattery was closed down for being a mill. My feline mothers are in either a spare bedroom or my office. All are clean and well ventilated! These accusations are unfounded. My vet and my past puppy buyers and my new puppy buyers are all pleased with their new family members. I have many repeat kitten buyers. Katie needs to take care of her own affairs and leave me alone. My husband and I own rental property in addition to our home in Joliet. We both make an excellent living and I drive a company car. We do not breed for a profession or because we need the money. We could stop breeding tomorrow and keep a few cats for pets and just be fine. I am tired on all this nonsense and will no longer comment. I really do not care who writes anything further. I know what is true and so do all the people that matter in my life. My vets also know what is true and they would be totally shocked at these unfounded accusations.
I understand completely. We need to continue to educate people so the breeder in Virginia does not think this is all a hoax and this is a serious issue. People were hurt by Katie including myself who lost my kitten Star. We need to urge those who do not believe to contact Cindy Wrobel or visit the Lakeland County Humane Society and look at Ping & Pippin. Her cats will continue to show up on that website.
I spoke too soon. Look at the Lakeland County Humane Society website today. There is a little story about the large group of cats and kittens in March and a group photo of several of them.
The bengals too. I truly feel sorry for any of the breeders that sold kittens to her. My friend who sold her Prince has been sick to her stomach since this all started.
Poor Tye looks terrible compared to her picture on the website. So does that big handsome stud Prince. It is so sad!
