I work for Coast to Coast, and I'm sorry to hear you felt misled! We do have disclaimers on every page stating that we are part of the secondhand ticket market, and not the original box office, and it's also stated on the buy confirmation page as well.
Prices on the tickets we sell are set by the original owners of those tickets, so we do not control the final cost. Our prices are in line with other brokers in the business - please don't hesitate to compare our prices to other major ticket brokers like Stubhub, TicketsNow (which is owned by Ticketmaster), Razorgator and dozens of others.
As far as the seats not being together - did you contact our customer support to notify them of this? Provided you selected only a single section to purchase from, the seats should have been adjacent unless it was specified that they weren't. So if a supplier of ours sent the wrong seats, that would definitely be something we should know about!
I work for Coast to Coast, and am a bit confused myself. When you say the "additions were incorrected in the invoice, " did you mean that the charge on your credit card was NOT the same as the invoice amount? If that is the case, then please call our support group at [protected] and let them know that you were charged more than your invoice shows, and they will definitely fix it. If the invoice does show the extra charges, are you certain those charges are not our standard service fees? There are service fees and handling added to every order at checkout to cover site maintenance and other company fees (this is the case with all ticket brokers, not just us), and those fees are described in our terms of service which you have to click "agree" to before you are able to make a purchase. Either way, you should be able to call and get a better explanation of the cost, or find out if there was an overcharge of some kind. Good luck!
