This sounds like an installer problem NOT a manufacturer issue. I have an Interlock roof in Chilliwack, BC where we get a LOT of rain and after 2.5 years, NOT 1 leak. Like any job done by a contractor, the job is only as good as they are. Don't blame the wrong person.
