I'm pretty sure that HARASSING MY FAMILY AFTER AND LOAN HAS LONG BEEN PAID WAS NOT IN MY CONTRACT AGREEMENT. MAYBE YOU SHOULD FIND OUT THE WHOLE STORY BEFORE YOU PROCLAIM THE IGNORANCE OF OTHERS.
