I too am waiting for a full refund for a light fitting which I order on November 16th 2009. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wonder how much of customers money they have in their possesion for orders not forfilled. The latest contact from them promised a refund in 5 working days, blaming the delay on an error made by the card company.. Still waiting
