I agree nebti5, it obviously came from someone from Travel Guard, everything they said in there paragraph was exactly the opposite of what I experienced. If I was a travel agent I would be absolutely embarrassed to recommend Travel Guard, they are the worst of the worst, and when a class action suit is brought against them I will be in line, not just to be reimbursed but to stop them from scamming people out of their hard earned money.
