I agree. They are heartless and apparently have no concern for the serious financial trauma this has on people. They towed my car from the gated community where my boyfriend lives in and pays good money for. There were plenty of open spaces around, I had the code to be in the community and that alone should be enough to be parked there. There is no point in doing this, it is robbery. Not one person appreciates this except for the companies who benefit financially. There is absolutely no reason why they should be towing cars in this manner. I am very upset with this company for towing my car without notice and now causing me to pay $330 to get it out the day after, not to mention the inconvenience of not having a car. Can we vote out this dictatorship?
