I heard (or wishful thinking maybe?) that Harry Keane was arrested on Christmas eve 2009. Has anyone else heard this or have links to brag? The "rumor" has it that he stole from a childrens charity, it wouldn't surpirse me but I'd like to know if it's truth or fiction. Thanks.

paranormal troll and huntervshunter are not harry or becky, they posted in his defense but have now retracted, they have realized they have been scammed also. Troll had expressed in his post how well they were treated when on a location shoot, in my opinion the money used to wine and dine them was from money stole from a childrens charity fund. This is what I heard but can not prove so as I stated, it's just my opinion. From my experience with harry and becky I wouldn't doubt it. Most of the contractors they claimed to have fired were not fired, they walked after the first fraudulant contract was offered to them. Some stayed with him and are now regretting that decision. I have nothing but sympathy for all that was used my this conning duo. Good luck to everyone on recovering and I'll pray for your success in the court proceedings.
It is very sickening micky road, he's gotten away with it for so long he thought he'd never be stopped. The last group he ran into was smarter than he bargained for ;-)

Why is there a dismissal? Does it mean there is no proof, no case? Why would the Judge set a dismissal? I thought there was an air tight case, everyone was against Harry Keane and doing him wrong. Just wondering why there would be a dismissal. Is Harry afraid of who all just may show up at the hearing? He very well should be.

She hasn't posted because after all the bragging about it going to court, it seems it's up for dismissal. Could it be they figured out all by themselves that their "lawsuit" was a mistake, that all the people out there are going to show up with proof? I can't help but laugh.
I would love to hear Becky tell her side of the story on why her case was dismissed. She was on here loud and proud and now just gone "poof"

I had was born and raised in Winter Haven, I lived in the same home for 18 years and had the same problems you all have. My solution? I moved to another State for the first time in my life and left owing them. What do I care if it goes against my credit? It's shot anyway being out of work for a year and a half. If I hear of a class action suit I will be more than happy to participate, I feel they owe me much more than what I left owing them.
No CL Malone can't spell but does that give anyone a right to rip her off? I don't think so. At least she is bringing the rip offs into the public eye.
Actually they weren't "lies" it did say on those documents posted "dissmissal" I'm definately going to check them out again.

It is a long way off but that's good, there's more time to gather all the evidence against this pair.
I don't know where you'd go but hope that someone can direct you in the right direction. TECO tells everyone that it's their fault, their neighbor's fault, their dog's fault, anyone except TECO's fault. They train their employees to be rude and to always shift the blame from them to anyone else. Good luck to you, it's so good to no longer be under TECO and their "rules".
All credit cards do this, that's why I don't use them, if you are one day late you'll be charged an astronomical fee as well as the high interest rate. I think I'll continue to pay cash.
