Unfortunately BrandyP, TECO is doing this to THOUSANDs of people every month. Their customer service reps are rude and uneducated. I do believe that being cold and heartless is a requirment for a job with TECO. Thankfully I moved out of the area and will never have to deal with them again, other than an occational letter wanting me to pay what I left owing them. It'll be a cold day in hell before I send it to them, I don't care if it stays on my credit record for 7 years, it's a small satisfaction I have that I left owing them after all the problems they caused me over the years. Good luck to all of you under gestapo TECO.

1.) Please show us all where "the company" has still gone on.
2.) A true Christian does not have to continue to broadcast that they are a Christian, it shows in one's actions. I can SAY I'm a pink elephant, but people will look at me and see that I am not a pink elephant, mere words are nothing, actions say it all.
3.) If you indeed ever were God fearing, you'd know that on judgement day when you stand before the Lord, you'll have a lot of explaining to do. Guess what, you can't con God so it may be a good idea to make up for all you've done while still on earth.
Is there a show? What channel is it on? Is "the company" still standing behind you? Redeem yourself if you are an honest man as you claim. Show proof and maybe you can get real investors. Just show us, that's all we ask.
No mistake, it was dismissed and reopened. I can not wait to read the outcome.
TECO is lying as usual. The salvation army does help with utilities but only have so much in funds to do so. I bet if anyone calls and asks if they have funds available to assist with an electric bill they'll be told no. Just TECO's way of acting as if they cared by referring you elsewhere. I'm so glad to no longer live where TECO services.
Please don't stop by posting here, call the city or county that operates this facility, get these ###s fired or at the least on their toes to help people coming in to help these animals. Call the newspaper and/or post anywhere you can of your treatment.
I rarely buy groceries from walmart for this reason. Ice cream is melted before you get to the car. I will pay more to avoid standing in line for a half hour.
