That is so true. They dont care. I wonder if all the owners a like that. Mine has like 6 salons and they are all doing good.
He is soooooo cheap! Thins just fall appart and he does not take care of it. U dont have al ife with Great clips. U could work every weekend and if you request for a specific day of you get hell. There are no set schedules witch means no life besides Great Clips. This company wants you to buy all the Great Clips propaganda with out giving anything to the stylist in return.

u need to email or call greatclips.com Trust me! I work for this place and we had a stylist that gave bad Haircuts people would complain to our manager and owners. But the only time they did anything is when people called the corporate office or went online and complained.

No sorry we don't have this rule at my great clips. Great clips needs to be very careful becasue Legally if u work more then 6 hours you get a l15 min break right? Not so with this company if u are busy for 6 or more hours at this salon u don't get a break.
Well if you take complaints seriously with clients were does a stylist go with their complaints about this company? That's what i would like to know. I would like to say that corporate needs to wake up and smell the coffee! I have never seen a company take such good care of the needs of a salon owner and not give a hoots about the stylists who make this place.

We don't make money on up dos, Yes they take a long time I get payed minimum wage. I can take 4 -5 haircuts in one hour and make 15 -20 in tips or take the up -do that takes longer and get $5 to 10.
