This company scamed me also..
I will be calling Miss Smith.
I just hope she is not part of the scam...
I also have had problems with this company. The person that was supposed to prepare my file is EDWARD MADDISON. I hired and paid for their services in June 09.
To this date I have not received anything from them. My court date was on November 10th and I had no files or paperwork prepared for me. I ask for a refund and my telephone calls and emails are not returned. It has been suggested that I go to the District Attorney and file charges for fraud against this company because the state bar association has no record of this person.
With some research I have found the name James Edward Maddison that died in Aug 2004. He was a practicing attorney.
Hmmm.
I have email Nicole Smith concerning a refund and have not heard from her.

The funny thing is... If you had good service from this law group.. Why are you even on the complaints page looking around...
When I have good service from a company, the last place I am looking is on the complaints board page, expecially after I have had good service...
