They suck. I am going through something similar. I've faxed the papers and to no avail. It is pitiful how things are done through them. Its a prepaid account. How much stricter could they get when we are already over paying for it? They really need competition and all that would change. I've heard that they will no longer be handling many accounts in NY by the end of this year (2009) and I am so glad. Regardless of who takes over, it's gotta be better than this. They have made a lot of money off of people like us and I can't believe they have been allowed to handle these facilities with their prices and rules. It is ridiculous. Well, just thought I'd let you know you ar not alone in your frustration and feelings about Globaltellink. They are monsters in their prices and I couldn't believe the amount of complaints they have (good). I pray that they hurry up and move. They are in our way!
Yes, they are unimaginable. To my knowledge, they will no longer be handling certain state facilities anymore as of the end of this year (but that don't include all). I can't believe they have lasted this long. It is insane the way things are done. And, I guess they have lowered the limits all across the board because they don't want to lose money as they will eventually disintegrade. So, they will either make consumers spend more in order to talk and make their money fast, or they will not lose as much money when it is time for them to stop doing business. You are not alone, it is sad ($4.85?). May God bless that company, highway robbery.
