Yes It just happened to me and I have already reported them to FTC and BBB, please do. Even if I do not get my money back at least I did something and maybe prevent someone else from having this happen to.

I am in the same boat. I have filed a complaint with my bank, FTC, and BBB. Any where if anyone has any suggestions. I also am calling them everyday letting them know I am doing this. May not get my money back, but I will feel better doing something about it. I will call until their phone is disconnected.

Please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Buearu and your bank. I have just done this today.

I have also filed a complaint the the Attorney Generals office in Illnois.

I was hit with a charge of $89.00 after I had cancelled there service back in june. I have reported them to the FTC and BBB and any where else I can find. I have closed my accounts and open new ones to stop them.
