I can't get off their mailing list for the life of me. I've unsubscribed 10 times!
Broadband National also allows all your personal information to be accessed by anyone. For example the original poster's phone number is xxx-334-9914 and lives in the zip code 75098. I could post his exact address, but that wouldn't be nice.

Here's how I found out...

Go to www.broadbandnational.com/salesteam
Select a login, no password is required
Click on Order Search
Put in a last name in the Contact Name field
Hit enter

Bam! Lots of personal info here! And all you need to know is their last name or phone number.
Dj - do you not understand what the purpose of this website is? How about the purpose of complaints in general? Mr. Sanganeria has aired a valid complaint. We can only hope that the management of INOX reads it and improves their customer service. This complaint also serves as a warning to other potential clients.
Poor, poor people. Even if you set aside the schonky website, these guys are so obviously scammers.

How many companies do you know whose owner and "right-hand man" respond in person to forums like this? Oh wait- that shows their commitment to you, right?

No matter how many times you ask, they haven't given any sources. I knew they were scammers the minute their site made lots of impressive quotes by foreign medical researchers- and then didn't give you links to the sources of information.

Testimonies by patients are irrelevant, I can make them up too. Assertations by unsourced medical scientists are irrelevant, I can make them up too.

You "have to" market aggressively? Not if your product works.

When you come across miracle claims, here are some good rules of thumb:
-If they're American, take their waffle with several big grains of salt.
-Google for some blogs by real people, and read REAL testimonies. Even here you have to be careful of plants. Here is the telltale sign of a fake product: you'll find entries by victims saying "It's only been six weeks, and they say I should wait longer..." when their site claims miracles in days.
-If it's that good, your doctor will have heard of it.

As for the scammers, age will give them debilitating conditions sooner or later. When that happens, judgement will take its course.

I know how you feel, I bought rotors in october about 4 weeks later I received 2 rotors with a not saying that the whole order was not shipped(clearly states on there site that ships out in 3 days or they will contact you) I called and canceled my the rest of my order. I was transfered to vern(it is actually vern not bern)vern willhite who told me he doesn't have to to deal with this type of stuff and hung up on me. about 2 weeks a received another package from them with 2 sets of pads and the same note saying it all has not shipped. I called and the lady I talked to was nice, told me that she would issue a immediate refund but the people who do that where out of the office that day. after that it was pretty much the same story as you . Nothing but holding. I did get transferred to the person responsible for the refunds 1 day and it was the lady who told me that the refund person was out. By far the most shady company I have ever dealt with. and the most scandalas employees. after that the only was I ever even got the time of day from them was to file a complaint with the better business bureau. That is what I would suggest to you labbb.org
FYI, license recovery fee is for the plates on the vehicle and usually is a flat per-rental fee of around $2.00. Most of the remainder of what you list is airport fees. If you don't like them - if they're too expensive - take a cab off-site and rent from a neighborhood location... Cab fare both ways should be less than $100 in most cases.

My Citibank Visa was charged on 10/30/08 for $11.89 by Pioneer Media, LLC of Danvers, MA. After finding here that other people had experienced the same thing, I called Citibank. Despite their being near total collapse, and my account being a month past due, the people I spoke to were extremely helpful and expedited me a card with a new number at no cost. After a week or two going through their credit dispute department I was notified today that they agreed that the charges were fraudulent and reversed them.

I feel very happy with the way they helped me through this apparently national scam. (Although I was less happy when I learned a few days later that they slashed my credit limit and shot my interest rates through the roof after one missed payment.) I've had this same card number for 6 years and used it many times in online purchases, I have to wonder if that's how my info got somehow leaked to whoever is running this scam.
I just got a sofa and chair from American Signature and I am very satisfied. The people at the store I visited in Plymouth Meeting, PA, were nothing but friendly, professional, polite, and helpful. The two men who delivered our furniture were also very professional, friendly, polite, and set up our furniture quickly.

My sofa and chair are very good quality and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend the store in Plymouth Meeting, PA, and I will definitely be going back there for future furniture.
