Your issue has nothing to do with the company. You applied and received credit through a financial company. It will remain on your credit generally for 7 years after there has been no activity if its paid in full. Otherwsie, there are cases, where it can remain on your credit for up to 14 years. Make sure you read all of your paperwork before signing anything.
