I redeemed for 25 dollar e-certificate and supposibly am supposed to recieve this in 24-48 hours.
Well it has been a couple weeks and ive got nothing.
no response to emails, which i didnt expect anyways.
On the lightspeed sight, it claims my points have been "redeemed"...does this mean they think ive recieved the certificate?
how do i contact these lightspeed ppl? is there anything that can be done?
